                            Places to Rent
What do people look for when it comes to renting an apartment, house, or condo? Renting has become easy and very affordable for many single parents as well as college students with little money. Despite this fact, renting is much cheaper than buying. Condos, houses, and apartments also come in a variety of different sizes and styles to accommodate individual needs.
Apartments, being the less expensive to rent out of the three, still come with plenty of luxury if the buyer is willing to pay the extra dollars. Oftentimes, they come with a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Apartments vary in sizes and are usually occupied by college students trying to get through college. Not only are apartments less expensive than renting a condo or house, but in some cases, apartments usually hire maintenance workers to do all the landscape work, unlike a house or a condo.
Now renting a house is a different story. First of all they have more privacy than an apartment.  Just like an apartment, they also vary in styles and sizes. A small house usually tends to have 2 to 3 bedrooms with a one-car garage, and it is usually occupied by a small family. A large house, on the other hand, tends to have 4 to 5 bedrooms with 3 to 4, baths a large 2 to 3 car garage, and a good-sized backyard. These are usually occupied by a large family and are more expensive than an apartment or condo.
Unlike apartments, condos give the buyer the option of owning or renting. Renting a condo is very similar to renting an apartment, with just some slight differences; such as, the finish and utilities they come with. Condos tend to come more equipped with nicer appliances, but owning a condo means more responsibility. For example, a person can’t just walk out like a renter of an apartment would. The owner of the condo would first have to find a renter or have to sell the condo, which sometimes can be a hassle.
Looking for a place to rent or own can sometimes be difficult, but with so many options to choose from the list is endless. From small, medium, and large to however luxurious and equipped the person wants—whether it be an apartment, home, or even a condo— looking for a place to rent is much more affordable than owning; you just have to look for what fits best.
