                                           Peanut butter and jelly
Have you ever had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were first introduced in the 1920s. They were mainly eaten by the military men here in the United States. The fact that they would last a very long  time  without going bad made it very convenient because they were usually gone for weeks at a time.  The tools you need to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich include a knife, paper plates and napkins. The ingredients needed are peanut butter, jelly and honey.
You start by taking out two pieces of bread (white, wheat). Then you open the peanut butter an ingredient made from smashed peanuts and butter. Having opened the peanut butter you then take a knife, scoop some peanut butter and spread it evenly on both pieces of bread. Having done that you move on to the second step, which is putting the jelly.
Jelly comes from fruits so you will have a variety of flavors to choose from such as approcot, strawberry and grape. Strawberry and grape being the most popular.  You then apply a good amount of jelly on top of the peanut butter, just be carful not to put to much or you will have jelly dripping from the side of your sandwich.
Finally the last step in making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is applying the secret ingredient. Honey a sweet sticky liquid, which is produced by the nectar bees take away from flowers. You will pour a small amount in the center of the bread enough to give it some flavor.  An that’s how you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
A wonderful meal not only delicious but also very affordable.  Thus with only ten dollars you could make multiple sandwiches your family or friends would enjoy very much.

                            Places to Rent
What do people look for when it comes to renting an apartment, house, or condo? Renting has become easy and very affordable for many single parents as well as college students with little money. Despite this fact, renting is much cheaper than buying. Condos, houses, and apartments also come in a variety of different sizes and styles to accommodate individual needs.
Apartments, being the less expensive to rent out of the three, still come with plenty of luxury if the buyer is willing to pay the extra dollars. Oftentimes, they come with a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Apartments vary in sizes and are usually occupied by college students trying to get through college. Not only are apartments less expensive than renting a condo or house, but in some cases, apartments usually hire maintenance workers to do all the landscape work, unlike a house or a condo.
Now renting a house is a different story. First of all they have more privacy than an apartment.  Just like an apartment, they also vary in styles and sizes. A small house usually tends to have 2 to 3 bedrooms with a one-car garage, and it is usually occupied by a small family. A large house, on the other hand, tends to have 4 to 5 bedrooms with 3 to 4, baths a large 2 to 3 car garage, and a good-sized backyard. These are usually occupied by a large family and are more expensive than an apartment or condo.
Unlike apartments, condos give the buyer the option of owning or renting. Renting a condo is very similar to renting an apartment, with just some slight differences; such as, the finish and utilities they come with. Condos tend to come more equipped with nicer appliances, but owning a condo means more responsibility. For example, a person can’t just walk out like a renter of an apartment would. The owner of the condo would first have to find a renter or have to sell the condo, which sometimes can be a hassle.
Looking for a place to rent or own can sometimes be difficult, but with so many options to choose from the list is endless. From small, medium, and large to however luxurious and equipped the person wants—whether it be an apartment, home, or even a condo— looking for a place to rent is much more affordable than owning; you just have to look for what fits best.

                                                          An Enemy Of Our Bodies
Alcohol has been around for thousands of years and is consumed by millions on a daily basis. Whether it’s at a baseball game, birthday party or nightclub, alcohol seems to make the moment more enjoyable for a person. But what millions don’t realize is that the consumption of alcohol has many negative effects, such as damage to the liver, family relationships, and decision-making.
The liver is an important organ of the body that helps break down food and liquids into nutrients as well as removing toxins. By consuming too much alcohol, a person increases the risks of cirrhosis of the liver. Cirrhosis is an advanced stage of liver damage that is not irreversible and can increase the risks of liver cancer, which can lead to death. Not only does alcohol affect the liver, it has many negative effects on the social behavior of that individual.
After consuming a few drinks, the individual may feel a boost of confidence. However, excessive consumption of alcohol may make him or her feel aggressive, which may lead to domestic violence. It can also hurt the family on a long-term meaning it could lead to a divorce. Studies have shown that children living in a household with an alcoholic have lower grades, higher rates of depression and may feel socially isolated. (www.promises.com)
Last, alcohol can put the user and others at risk of injury or death.  Thus, drinking alcohol makes the person feel invincible, which may cause him or her to make the wrong decisions, such as fighting or drinking and driving. Excessive consumption of alcohol can lead to fighting. Not everyone gets rowdy while intoxicated, but those who do may get seriously injured. Also, drinking and driving in many cases leads to accidents, leaving the driver or others harmed or even killed. It is also illegal to drink and drive, and the individual can face a fine of up to $10,000 dollars.

So, although alcohol is an enjoyable drug for many, excessive consumption of alcohol may lead to negative effects. For example, it can cause liver damage, which can lead to cancer. It can also hurt family relationships, and finally it can cause people to make the wrong choices. In order to stop the consumption of alcohol in excess, there are many measures one can take, such as AA meetings or rehabilitation centers, which can help the individual fight the addiction to alcohol and help him or her recover and live a healthier life.
